Located just east of Seattle in the city of Bellevue, we have been serving the world since 1979 with our selection of fine crystal, china, and collectable giftware. We gladly accept special orders and FREE UPS ground shipping via UPS within the United States on all orders over $200.00 and all Wee Forest Folk products and discounted UPS for orders over $50. A $15.00 packing charge may apply to oversized items. We are dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service and personal assistance.

Returns and Exchanges:

It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the back of the packing slip, and return within 30 days. Returns are not accepted on dated, seasonal, Holiday or special order merchandise. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please repack your order, enclosing the packing slip, insure the package for it's full replacement value and mail to us ATTN: Customer Service at 4-102nd Ave N.E., Bellevue, WA 98004 . We will exchange the item, or credit the amount of the item and taxes you were charged back to your card. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Gift Shipping:
We can ship your gift with a complimentary card with a brief gift message. You will receive a confirmation and receipt at your email address that the gift has been sent.

Delivery:

UPS Standard Delivery: We ship UPS whenever possible. In-stock orders should arrive within 2 weeks. No freight charge will be applied to orders over $200.00, shipped within the contiguous United States via UPS Standard Delivery. A $15.00 packing charge may apply to oversized items.

Items over 10 pounds will be charged a surcharge of $40 on Next Day, $30 on 2nd Day and $20 on 3rd Day Air packages.
Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day UPS charges apply on each box shipped.

Express Delivery: We offer UPS 2nd Day Air delivery on items going to Alaska or Hawaii, and other US destinations upon request. 2nd Day Air packages take 3 working days to reach it's destination. Applicable UPS shipping charges will be applied. Items Drop Shipped from Fitz and Floyd can only be shipped UPS Ground, Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped 2nd Day Air.
